The rooms they have were impressive and tastefully decorated with the photos of the apartment, a beautiful terrace plus a separate kitchen. Location: the hotel was just next door to the center of Rethymno and a brilliant Vegan restaurant and lots of other eateries and bars.

My stay at Elma Suites was truly enchanting. The attention to detail in the decoration of the hotel, from the beautiful artwork to the elegant furnishings, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and provided comfortable seating for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior individuals was exceptional, with ramps and handrails conveniently placed throughout the property, making it easy for me to navigate.
If I were to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have the children working there remind the nearby establishments to lower the volume of their music during the late evening hours. This would ensure a peaceful night's sleep for those who prefer to retire early and wake up refreshed for the day ahead.

The views from the town are simply breathtaking, with a river and palm trees. The beaches Damnoni and Ammoudi are perfect for water sports. Walking to the Venetian lighthouse and exploring the castle is a must. Laundry facilities and free WiFi available.
Oh, and let's not forget the amazing street parking! Absolutely delightful.

This hotel offers great value for money with its comfortable rooms and brand new linen. The location is ideal, not too close to the harbour but still near to the beach. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing regular top ups of towels and toiletries. Breakfast may not be included, but the nearby bar's restaurant offers a tasty alternative.
No major issues, everything was alright.

I chose Elma Suites in Rethymno's Old Town because it was conveniently located near the Fortezza, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the featured amenities offered by the hotel, such as luggage storage and laundry facilities. Additionally, the complimentary wireless internet access and the presence of the Rimondi fountain with the delightful cafe "Galero" next to it, which also had internet access, added to the overall positive experience.
On the other side of Elma Suites, there are two very loud restaurants with club-like atmospheres that played loud music until 4 am every day. Furthermore, the water pressure in the morning was also subpar.

The room was nicely decorated and cozy, with two bottles of complimentary water waiting for us upon arrival. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the city center, which made getting around easier.
Sadly, our Christmas stay at this hotel was not without its downsides. The noise from a nearby club was unbearable, with loud music and vibrations keeping us up until the wee hours of the morning.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of an old town. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with brand new linen, and I particularly appreciated the attention to detail. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, providing excellent communication before and during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the old town on foot, with the beach and a nearby bar's restaurant just a short stroll away.
All was just as I expected, no improvements needed.

The hotel has a great location close to the beach and not too far from the harbor. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room was well decorated and in good condition, with fresh linen and nice amenities. the hosts were friendly and offered fresh fruit.
The noise level from the next door bar's restaurant could be quite intense at times.
